The reason for us creating the website was to share with others our passion and knowledge of food. Here at Mickelysee, we have many years of experience within this industry and between us felt that we could help other like-minded individuals just starting out by sharing some of our top tips on how to make a success from food.
But it’s not just a site for newbies. The information you’ll find on the website is so varied that there’s a little something for everyone here.

Our real passion lies with French cuisine, so you’ll see many pieces centered around that, including top tips and recipes.
We’re also pretty up to date with all modern cooking techniques and have lots of other content relating to fusion food.
Receive great pointers and advice about cooking in general. Some of these are from what we’ve learned ourselves across the years, and others are what we’ve gained from other professionals in the business.
We also like to provide information relating to various famous chefs out there, including some background information about them and how they made their success, as well as what some of their signature dishes are.
Another thing we’re big on is recipes. Between us all here at Mickelysee, we have a whole mountain of recipes to share. So, look out every month as we keep on adding them in.
